I started baking as an occasional hobby back in high school that continued to grow through my college years. After I graduated, and had free time again, my hobby developed into a passion. I spend countless hours a week planning and putting together wonderful recipes that only need the most basic equipment to make. Seriously, most of my recipes can be made with a bowl and a hand whisk.
